This disclaimer covers both BOOST products: the BOOST Discord bot, and the BOOST Real Time Dashboard browser extension.

Cryptocurrency Risk

Cryptocurrency values are volatile and can fall as well as rise. Transfers on the Solana network are irreversible: funds sent to a wrong address, or deposits made outside the bot's instructions, cannot be recovered. Always verify addresses before sending.

Provably Fair, Not Risk-Free

Game outcomes are derived from Solana block hashes committed before each game and can be independently verified through the bot's Verify panel. Provable fairness means the draw cannot be manipulated; it does not make any result more likely, and it does not guarantee a win.

Age & Jurisdiction

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher — to use BOOST, its cryptocurrency wallet features, or the BOOST Real Time Dashboard. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of BOOST complies with the laws that apply to you; where a feature is prohibited in your jurisdiction, do not use it.

Real Time Dashboard

The BOOST Real Time Dashboard is an independent browser extension that displays statistics, tools, and provably-fair verification for games you play on Stake. It is an information tool only: it does not place bets, hold funds, or change any game outcome, and nothing it shows is advice or a prediction. Figures are computed from what your browser sees and may differ from Stake's own records, which are authoritative. Stake's terms govern your Stake account, and it is your responsibility to confirm that using a browser extension is permitted under them. The dashboard is provided as-is; access keys are non-transferable and issued subject to the device limit shown on your account page.

Discord Compliance

BOOST operates in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policy. Server owners and administrators are responsible for enabling features appropriately for their community. Every feature ships disabled until a server owner explicitly turns it on.

Data

The bot stores only what its features require: Discord user IDs, game records, and wallet transaction records. The website keeps sign-in sessions, access-key and device records, purchase records, and messages you send us. The Real Time Dashboard keeps your play history in your own browser and sends us only key checks and the seeds you choose to verify — all set out in full in the Privacy Policy. This data is never sold or shared with third parties. Server administrators can request removal of their community's data at any time.

BOOST is an independent project. Neither the bot nor the BOOST Real Time Dashboard is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., the Solana Foundation, or Stake. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Games are meant to be fun. If they stop being fun, take a break — the server will still be there when you get back.
